Pleasing Our Clients
1. Track Time
It's important to track your time as you work on a project. Start tracking your time as soon as you start to give your
attention to a project. Place a time log into a new docket and write onto this log your start and finish times, along with
other detailed information every time you work on that particular project.
We keep a seperate development journal (or log notebook) for each seperate project. I use a physical notebook rather
than an electronic log because it isnt subject to crashes, data corruption or any of the other problems while debugging.
Having the log book keeps it simple, to jump into to see my to do stack, priorities, notes on the current tasks,
and my thoughts on the design from the previous day.
